Privacy policy

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you. If you buy something, our payment processor needs the details required to take payment and ship a parcel, and that is the extent of it.

What we collect

• When you buy. Name, email, shipping address and order details, handled by our checkout provider. Card numbers go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us.
• When you use the contact form or email us. Whatever is in your message, kept so we can reply and keep a record of the order.
• When you ask to be notified. Your email address, used only to tell you a new batch is packed.

Checkout is handled by Square, so your name, email, shipping address and payment details go to Square and are covered by their privacy policy. The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email and does not keep a copy. We run no analytics on this site at all: there are no tracking scripts and nothing that counts visits.

Embedded video

The video on our home page is hosted by YouTube and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you press play. Once you play it, Google's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us stay in our email for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the order. Order and payment records are held by Square and kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is a period of years rather than months. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
