Nutritional Facts

Two things to settle before this page is public. First, a sugar figure of 0.0 g alongside 54.1 g of carbohydrate does not look right for mango — confirm it with your lab. Second, this is an FSSAI-style per-100 g panel; selling at US retail needs an FDA Nutrition Facts panel with a serving size and % Daily Values.

Shipping

Getting it to you

The exact amount is added at checkout once you enter your address. Orders go out by USPS.

Four ways to use it

Straight off the back of the pouch.

  • Simply munch on it. Straight from the pouch. This is what most of it gets used for.
  • Make a milkshake. Blend the slices into milk for a mango shake.
  • Add it to your cereal plate. It softens slightly in milk or yogurt.
  • Make mango pulp. Reconstitute the dried mango with 500 ml of water.

Storing it

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, transfer the contents into an airtight container and never use a wet spoon — moisture is the only thing that will spoil it. No need to refrigerate.

Each pouch contains an oxygen absorber sachet. Take it out and throw it away. It is not food.
