Who you are buying from
You are buying from Aatithya LLC, trading as Aatithya Farm. The mangoes are grown, freeze-dried and packed in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and orders are shipped within the United States. Write to us at aatithya@ymail.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. If a batch sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will cancel and refund in full rather than substitute anything.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is worked out and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Square at the time of order. Your card details go straight to Square and are never seen or stored by us.
The product
We sell one product in one size: a 125 g / 4.40 oz pouch of freeze-dried Kesar mango. It contains organic mangoes and nothing else. It is a food, not a supplement, and we make no claim that it treats, prevents or cures anything. The pouch carries the current ingredient, allergen and date information, and it governs over anything on this website.
Availability
Stock depends on a single annual harvest. Batches sell out and are not restocked until the following season.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Orders go out by USPS within the United States. Shipping is charged once per order, by how many pouches you buy: $8.99 for one or two, $5.99 for three to five, and $3.99 for six or more.
You can cancel any order before it ships. Email us and we will refund it in full.
If a pouch arrives damaged, split or open, or if we send you the wrong thing, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.
An unopened pouch can be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first, return it at your own cost, and we will refund the price of the pouch once it reaches us unopened. We cannot take back a pouch that has been opened, because this is a sealed food.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
This is a food, not a supplement and not a medicine, and we make no health claim for it. The pouch carries the ingredient and allergen information. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, read it and take advice from someone qualified to give it.
